Upgrade from Windows XP Home to XP Professional--> Outlook vs Expr

When I upgraded from XP Home to Professional, I thought I would have Outlook
installed or upgraded from Outlook Exoress, Am I just mistaken ?

You are mistaken. No version of Windows has even included any of the Office
products. They are all separately licensed products. Moreover, Outlook is
not an upgrade to Outlook Express. They are completely separate
applications, just like Word is separate from Wordpad.
