Upgrade from Works 2000

If I upgrade to Office 2003 from Works 2000, will it
work? I bought a new computer and can't find my Office
XP disk to put on new machine (Moved into different house
and lost). Will I have the same problem that I did when
I upgraded from Office 97 (Didn't recognize the Office 97
as a viable upgrade product)? Running Windows XP HE.

you can find the upgrade eligibility. Works 2000 is listed as eligible.
