Upgrade off office 2002 to office 2002 prof plus

Hi

We are running MS Office 2002 with outlook 2003 SP3 and wish to
upgrade to MS Office 2007 prof. plus, what should we be aware off ?
Everything except outlook need to be upgraded how can that be
managed ?

Usually you insert the 2007 cd and select the upgrade option, having first
ensured Win is updated.
But why would you not wish to upgrade Outlook?
