Upgrade office 2000 to xp

I bought office XP pro full (not upgrade) since I lost my
2000 disks. It keeps asking for the 2000 premium disk
when starting outlook. What do/can I do about this?

Thanks

Did you uninstall Office 2000? Also, if the disks for Office 2000 were
purchased at retail, you could have contacted Microsoft for replacement CDs.

Without the disks, I was unable to un-install. 2000
premium was an upgrade. Shouldn't I be able to install
xp over it?
