Upgrade Office 2003 to 2007 Enterprise

Finally going to do it.

WinXPhome SP2
Office 2003 all upadates

What do I need to be aware of before the upgrade.
I plan on a full system backup first to external HDD using Acronis just in
case.

I have lots of info in onenote 2003 and lot of word and excel documents.

I have done some Google but can not find much information about the upgrade.

Thanks for any tips or links.
