upgrade office 95 to office 2003

I recently installed Office, and found out it is old 95 version. Is there an
upgrade to Office 2003 I can use ? OR do I have to buy whole new software
and install over the old one ?

No, Office 95 does not qualify for upgrade or upgrade pricing.
