upgrade outlook2000 to 2003

Hi --

I would like to upgrade my outlook2000 to outlook2003. Do I need to back up
sll my email? How about the account information as well as the current rules?
Is a fresh installation much better than just upgrading?

I had a machine that was upgraded from every version of Outlook from OL97
through OL2003 and it worked fine. I'd backup things anyway (just in case -
nothing is foolproof) but an upgrade should be OK
