upgrade package from office 2002 to office 2003

having used the small business office 2002 version at home and the
professional office 2003 version at work i have found some aspects of the
2003 product better than 2002 and would like to see an upgrade or converter
package available so that i can keep to a similar kind of operating system

Purchase the upgrade version of Office System 2003 (any flavor) as you
qualify for the upgrade pricing.

You can also ask your employer if they have a Home Use license that will
allow you one installation at home.
