Upgrade pains

Hi,

I am upgrading from WinXP + Office 2003 to Win XP+Office 2007.

The following headaches are difficult to overcome. If somebody has a
solution,please help me out.
1. Autocorrect options in MSO7 is deeply embedded in "Proofing". I wish to
make it available on Task bar/ ribbon. Is it feasible??
2. How do I transfer my collections of "Autocorrect options " from the older
system to newer one.(IT greatly enables my data entry).
3. What are the file names of "Custom Dictionary"
