Upgrade Project Server 2007 Databases from SQL Server Express 2005

Unfortunately a client has mistakenly installed Project Server for a
medium sized implementation on SQL Server Express 2005.
Has anyone upgraded successfully without lots of aspects falling down.
I have the MS Doc about upgrading to Standard - its really whether the
Project Server bits are likely to be ok.
There is an additional aspect in that MOSS is also running on the same
box on the same SQL edition express edition.
Any tips? Could this possibly be a stressfree upgrade? or is complete
reinstall recommended (there is some content/config)
