Your emails are stored in the Microsoft User Data folder located in your
Documents folder. Upgrading is not supposed to touch this data, but if you
want to be doubly safe, you can stuff your Office X Identities folder inside
Microsoft User Data folder. When you import your mail to Entourage 2004, it
will create a new Office 2004 Identities folder in MUD. You can delete the
Office X Identities when you are satisfied with the upgrade.

See this page for FAQs for new 2004 users.

Be sure to upgrade Office before importing.

Mactopia Downloads

You need to get these updaters:

11.3.5 combo
11.3.6 requires 11.3.5 to be installed
11.3.7 requires 11.3.6 to be installed
11.3.8 requires 11.3.7 to be installed
11.3.9 requires 11.3.8 to be installed

Microsoft does not update each application every time an update is released.
