upgrade recommendations

We are currently running wss2.0, project server 2003, and sql server 2000 on
one server. We are wanting to upgrade/migrate to wss 3.0 and project server
2005 on that same server, but move the database to a new server that is
running sql server 2005. Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations
on the best way or what order this should be done?

Don't take this migration lightly as it's a very complex process. Not only
is the technical architecture completely different, you will also need to
re-align you business processes with new functions.

I'd strongly recommend engaging with an EPM partner who has experience in
performing this migration.
