When I upgraded from Access 2002 to Access 2003 the query speed has been
reduced to a stand still.
Mdb2 runs queries using linked tables from mdb1. The CPU usage of Access
2003 flutters between 10% and 50%. In Access 2002 the needle on CPU usage
was pinned at 99%.
I tried changing the "subdatasheetname" property from [Auto] to [None] on
the the table source mdb1, the Access won't take the change. (I.e., when I
reopen the table in mdb1 after saving the change, it shows [Auto] in the
subdatasheetname property.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Mark
