Upgrade to Access 2003 Problems - Request type library or wizard is not a VBA pr

- After upgrading from Access 2002 (XP) to 2003, I get the
error message "Request type library or wizard is not a VBA
project" whenever I try to open one of several MDE
databases that were created in Access XP (as Access 2000
versions). I have searched and searched for a solution,
but have found nothing. Is my only option to downgrade
back to 2002?

Any help or thoughts much appreciated....
