upgrade to microsoft office 2007

I tried office 2007, and bought the ungrade of the CDs to install after
removing the trial version. I have works6.0 and office 2000-both allowable
for upgrade- but setup says it cannot find a version of Microsoft Office on
my computer. Works and Office 2000 were used on my old desktop before I
scrapped it, and put works and office 2000 on my laptop.

Hi Jayheart,

If you have the CD for the qualifying products you should be able to insert them during the Office 2007 upgrade installation when
it's searching for upgradable products. It's not necessary to have them installed.
