Upgrade to MS Office 2007 Pro

I have a desktop and laptop with MS office 2002 installed, each with their
own product key. I want to upgrade to Office 2007 Pro. Do I have to
purchase 2 copies of the upgrade or can I buy one and install on on each
computer. Thank you for your responses

Usually Office 2007 allows for a single user to install on a Desktop &
Laptop for their own use
Read the EULA on your upgrade version for confirmation
