Upgrade to Office 2003 Academic from Office XP

Hi I currently have Office XP, with FrontPage, I'm going to upgrade to
Office 2003 Academic (stadandard edition) and the new FrontPage Academic.
Would it be better if I uninstall Office XP and FrontPage and then do a
clean installation of Office 2003 and FrontPage? I have all my .PST files
backed up, so importing them to the new office should not be a problem (I
hope).

Thank you in advance

Almost forgot, will it let me install it in my Desktop and Laptop or the
license just for one machine?

Thanks again,

it will uninstall the older programs - back up the data (pst etc) for safe
keeping, but the new installation should use the old files - no import
necessary.

Read the EULA when you install it on the first one to confirm how many
computers - a copy of the eula is not on the Microsoft website.
