Upgrade to Office 2008 Web Services

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange I'm attempting to upgrade to Office 2008 WSE so that Entourage will behave
better with our Exchange 2007 server. I'm presently running Office 2008 12.2.3

Everything I've read indicates I should be able to upgrade from this version but when I try, I'm told I can't because "a version of the software required to install this update was not found on this volume."

What am I missing?

Entourage 2008 has been plagued with issues like this. You can view this
page for options to fix this error, but doing a re-install is often the
quickest way.

Once you get Entourage updated to v13, the regular updaters will update
the EWS version as well.
