After upgrading to Office 2003, I can not open Outlook.
I get an error, and it will not open. If I attach my
PocketPC to the cradle, I can open Outlook. I did not
have the PocketPC attached when I upgraded. I've
rebooted my PC, I've removed ActiveSync, then re-
installed Office 2003, rebooted, tried to open Outlook,
and get an error. I then re-installed ActiveSync,
attached my PocketPC to the cradle, and I'm able to open
Outlook. Why do I need the PocketPC connected to open
Outlook?
