Hi, MVPs, we are going to upgrade our PS2007+PWA to SP2, do you have any
suggestions or best practics or tips for me?

Figure out everything that is required.
Make a checklist with the information needed to do each step
Back up everything.
Work through the checklist so you don't miss a step.
Test functionality.

Beyond that, take an image of your servers for restoration purposes.
Restoring from backups can fail (as mine did). The image saved me.
