Upgrade to Win 2000

Currently I'm using the old system I bought in 1998. It is Dell Dimension
XPS 266MHz Pentium II, RAM 128Mb.
Can I upgrade this system from Windows 95 to Windows 2000? If yes, what
should I do to get it done right?
