Upgrade Visio 2000 enterprise to Visio 2003 Standard

I own Visio 2000 enterprise edition SR1 and I want to upgrade to 2003 Standard.
Is this a qualified upgrade...or do I have to upgrade to 2003 enterprise
edition?
