Upgrade Visio 5.0 Prof to Visio 2003 Standard

I recently purchased retail upgrade for Visio 2003
Standard, and I would like to upgrade from my current
version on CD-Visio Professional 5.0.

The standard installation process will not allow this
upgrade. Is there another source?

Visio 2000 is the oldest version of Visio that qualifies for an upgrade.
Unfortunately, Visio 5.0 users must purchase a full product.
