Upgrade XP without disk

I bought a Compaq with Office XP already installed on the
system. I have the key code # from the sticker on the
back. However, when I download the XP office updates
from offline, I am asked to insert the disk MS Office
2000 SR-1 Professional which I don't have. I have
searched my computer for the data1.msi file it asks to
open an no luck.

ANyone with ideas?

I copied my Office Disks to my HD. Now, when Office Update asks for my
Office disks, I simply point it to the folder which contains the files.

Of course, this can't help you much. Which only goes to show that
Office Update will not finish its work without pointing it to the files
from the CD. Which means you need the CD.
