Upgrade

I currently run Windows XP, and Office 2003 SP2. Can I upgrade to Office
Professional 2007 using the full version, (and retain all my stuff) or do I
need to use an upgrade version of 2007?

Normally people ask if they can use the less expensive upgrade version
instead of the full version. The answer is yes, but why do you want to spend
the extra money?
