Upgraded from 2007 to 2010, now getting a "MSCAL.OCX..missing or i

Just upgraded from office 2007 to Office 2010 Plus (MAPS version, not Beta).

When I open our shop schedule program I get Component "MSCAL.OCX or one of
its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid..."

Tried to re-register but it failed.

Any help would be appreciated
