- use a DWT instead of shared borders

| Actually, they are still there, but you are correct, in that they
| were not working due to no JVM. I installed the JVM, and
| they started working.

| I actually tried to replace them with the Interactive Buttons,
| but FrontPage told me Interactive Buttons where not allowed
| there, and greyed out that option on the Insert menu. Very
| disconcerting, since it failed to mention why they were not
| allowed, and I could not find anything help about it either.
