Upgraded hotmail but still can't read hotmail in Outlook 2003!!!

Installed Outlook 2003. Tried to configure it to liase with my free hotmail
account. Got send receive error that need to upgrade hotmail. Upgraded to
Hotmail Plus-paid money-but still got same 'need to upgrade' message.So paid
more money and upgraded to msn premium. Outlook STILL returns the same 'need
to upgrade hotmail' message when send and receive. IT'S DRIVING ME MAD!
Please help me!!!
