Upgraded PC to Vista Ultimate and now cant reinstall Office 2007

Ok, the title says it all really.
I am an Action Pack Subscriber, so upgraded one of the PC's in the Office to
Vista Ultimate when the CD's arrived. (This did a reinstall as I needed to
then reinstall my other development tools and software.)

Now whenever I attempt to reinstall office 2007 I get to the point where I
enter in the Product key and it claims that the Product Key is Invalid. I
have retried this 5 or 6 times, each time double checking the key so Im sure
Its not down to a typo!

Any ideas or help appreciated.

And, you're using the Product Key that came with Office 2007, not the new
Vista key?

Yes I am, its the orange label on the back with the title OFF ENT 07

Vista is fine, my VSS is fine, SqlServer is fine, its just office it is
having issues with..
