I was having stability issues with Windows ME so I upgraded
to XP. Everything seems to work except Outlook 2000. I
uninstalled it and tried to re-install it, but always come
up with the same error: olemsg.dll is missing.
Evidently Office 2000 does a very incomplete job at
uninstalling itself, leaving many files. folders and
registry entries everywhere. Microsoft made a tool for
uninstalling Office but it doesn't work in XP.
Anyone know how to fix this? I'm about to uninstall XP, but
I'm concerned this will cause other issues.
