Upgrades on Office 2000

I have had to reformat and reintall all my software. I
remember that there were some issues about upgrading
Office 2000 with the service packs. What is the general
feeling now about SP2 and SP3? Are they safe or still
buggy. I did the 1a upgrade last night so what comes next?
