Upgrades with Students and Teachers Edition?

Can I install the Access 2003 upgrade with the Office XP Standard? I have
followed the directions with the upgrade to "prove" that I own an Office XP
product, however it will not allow the installation. I'm wondering what I am
doing wrong....

Are you saying that you have the Office XP Students and Teachers Edition and
you want to know if you can use the Access 2003 upgrade? The answer's no:
one of the reasons the Student and Teachers editions are so reasonably
priced is because they don't qualify for upgrades.
