upgrading 2000 to 2003

What are the issues/problems with upgrading from Access
2000 to Access 2003? I don't have any vb programs, or
fancy macros, but I don't want to redo all of my forms.

I also need more understanding towards this issue. I work at a museum and would like to update their Access97 to 2003. They have a few large databases, that would be alarge amount of information to start over.
