upgrading academic edition

I inadvertently bought the academic edition of Office 97
academic edition on eBay.Is it possible to upgrade it to a
business version, and if so, how, and how much?

You want an upgrade (where none exists) from MS for software you purchased
on Ebay?! What was it advertised as? It's your responsibility to check
carefully what you're purchasing. Unless the seller will refund you, you're
SOL. It's not MS's problem.

The MS Office 97 academic edition should work
as a qualifier for an Office XP edition.
