Upgrading Access 97 to 2003 Version

We are considering making the big jump from Microsoft
Access 97 to Access 2003. Has anyone done this, are there
any issues or concerns that might cause problems?

We are currently running Access 97 on an NT Server, but
may change to Win2k Server using Access 2003.
