Upgrading Error Message in Outlook

After upgrading to Office XP. I get the following message
when I open Outlook. I am unable to do anything within
Outlook at this point as far as reading and sending email.

What is or how do you fix this?

Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook could not
access the specified folder location. The .DLL file for
the information service could not be found. MAPI was
unable to load the information service PSTPRX.DLL. Be
sure the service is correctly installed and configured
