Upgrading FP 2000 to FP 2002

I have Office 2000 Professional plus I added Frontpage
2000. All of the programs are up to date with SP-3. I am
thinking of ordering an upgrade to Frontpage to FP 2002.

Since it is not part of the Professional Suite, I assume
there are no licensing issues. But will I run into any
technical problems in upgrading only one of the products?
