upgrading from FP2000 to FP 2002

I am attempting to upgrade from FP2000 to FP2002. I am on
windows 98 and MS office 2000 premium.
When i attempt to upgrade i receive an error 25506 that
states that the asycfilt.dll version 2.40.4275.1 needs to
be 2.40.4277.1
when i go to tech support for this error MS tells me i
need to install the Office2002 cd. yet the package states
i can upgrade from MSofice 2000 premium.

what to do??
