Upgrading from OE to Outlook

In Outlook Express there is a rule that allows me to "not" download certain
emails from the server. I have upgraded to Outlook and am unable to apply
this rule. Can it be done, or is it best for me to go back to OE?

That option doesn't exist in Outlook. However, in order to process a rule
Outlook and also Outlook Express downloads the message anyway. The only
thing is that OE will discard the message if the rule applies. You can set
the rule to delete the message from Outlook.
Whether or not that is reason enough for you to continue using OE is
completely up to you ;-)
