Upgrading from Office 2000 Pro to Office 2003 Pro

When I purchased a Dell desktop system in April 2003 it came installed with
Windows XP Professional and Office 2000 Professional. I have the Office 2000
SR1-Professional and Office 2000 SR-1 Disc2 disks. I want to upgrade to
Office 2003 professional, since I also have this suite on my laptop PC .

What do I need to purchase to affect this upgrade?

But did you notice the "online only" pricing? It's for sale, but you
can't buy it. You gotta love Wal-Mart (well...I guess it's not *required*).
