1. We are about to upgrade about 20 computers from Office
2000 SBE (which has Publisher) to Office XP Pro (which
does not have Publisher) When we do the upgrade, what
happens to MS Publisher?

2. At the same time, we will be upgrading the operating
systems from Windows 98 to Windows XP Pro. After doing
this, will we have a problem with Outlook?

3. Should we even do the Office upgrade or should we just
uninstall 2000 and do a fresh Office XP install?

Hi
1. you may choose to keep the current version of Publisher, so it won't be uninstalled
2. You shouldn't have..
3. You may do both, as the unneeded files will be removed in both cases
