upgrading from office 2000 sr1 premium to office 2003?

We are currently using Office 2000 SR1 Premium in our company and we have
decided to upgrade to Office 2003 Professional. We will be using SMS to
deploy Office to the users. My question is does Office 2000 SR1 Premium needs
to uninstalled completely first before installing Office 2003 Professional or
can we just do a straight upgrade? I heard that you can not do an over the
top upgrade with a Standard version to a Professional version and I was
wondering if this is the same case with a Premium version to a Professional
version.

You can upgrade your current Office 2000 installation
using Office 2003 Professional.
