Upgrading from Office 2003 SB to Office 2003 Pro

My understanding after talking to MS tech. support is that in order upgrade
from Office 2003 Small Business (SB) to Office 2003 Pro, I will need to
uninstall 2003 SB, re-install 2000 SB, and then upgrade to 2003 Professional.
My question is: How do I preserve my email and mailboxes in Outlook 2003 in
the move from 2003 SB, back to 2000 SB, and then on to 2003 Pro? Thanks.

You do not need to install Office 2000, simply place it in the CD tray when
the upgrade asks for your qualifying product.

Your files will not be touched when you uninstall your Office 2003 version.
Office files are never touched.
