Upgrading from Office 2003 to Office XP

If I have Office Professional 2003 currently on my computer due I have to
upgrade to XP's Office Profesional also or can I just upgrade to Office XP

Office 2003 is newer than Office XP. Since you have Office Pro (as opposed
to Office Basic), I'd leave it alone.

You should be okay to use the Office XP Standard Upgrade.
