Upgrading from Office 97 to Office XP

We are preparing to upgrade 1500 users to Office XP from
Office 97 and I would love to hear from anyone with this
similar experience. We're looking for documentation to
help our users. Did you offer classes for users? Thank
you for any insight you can provide.
