Upgrading from Office XP to Office Pro 2003; do I need to . . . ?

Hi; am am looking to update from Office XP to Office Professional Edition
2003. Question is, do I need to save my Outlook e-mails and address book?
Or will this be transparent?

If I do need to save my e-mails and addresses, how do I go about doing that?

Thanks in advance. :)

1. Upgrades do not touch your data files (.pst file, Word/Excel/PowerPoint
items, etc.)
2. Having said that, it is always a good idea to make a copy of your
important Office items.
3. The file to save for Outlook is the .pst file. You may have more than
one (active and past archive.pst) so check the file dates to ensure you are
keeping the active one.
