upgrading from outllook 2000 to Outlook 2003

I have office pro 2000, can I upgrade Outlook 2003 only? And if so, do they
have Outlook 2003 pro edition or is outlook 2003 standard compatible with
Office 2000 pro as far as upgrading goes? Please advise, ty.
