Upgrading from Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2007 will not resolve name

I am trying to upgrade my Office 2003 install to Outlook 2007 Ulitmate and
when I get to the check name, it says it can not resolve it. We are using
Exchange 2000 on our network. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but
no luck. Any ideas?
