Upgrading from outlook beta to 2007 - missing outlook 2003

I had Office 2003 on my computer. I installed the beta version of
Office 2007. For a long time, if you looked in my program list, you'd
see 2003 and 2007. Now, 2007 has expired. I went looking for 2003 and
realized all my office 2003 programs are gone.

I do not want to un-install the beta of 2007 because I do not want to
loose all my information. I am willing to go out today and buy office
2007 if I can install without loosing my data.

Any ideas on where 2003 went to? (System restore does not get it back)
also, can I install Office 2007 without loosing my beta data?
