My teacher student version of Outlook is not supported by ACT!. Should it
be? If not, do I need to buy a whole new version of Office or is there and
upgrade available?

Hi Loralei,

It depends on what version of Act! you're using usually
more than which edition of Office. To use Act! with
MS Office 2003 you'll need Act! 2005 (v7) or if you have
Act!v6 you may be able to use one of the workarounds here:

If you have Act!v6 you may also be affected by this issue:
